Isichie Paul holds a Higher National Deploma in Civil Engineering from Yaba college of Technology. He has 30 years cognate experience in Engineering and construction field. He has a year stint with the Ogun state ministry of works & transport where he supervised the construction of the 11km igbogila to igan – ikota road under the direct labour units.

From the Ministry, he moved the mainstreams Engineering and Construction by joining TRANSPROJECT NIGERIA LIMITED, LAGOS where he worked as the Site Engineer on the Construction of Teslim Balogun Stadium. Details of the job includes Construction of Pile Caps, Underground Connecting Beams; pre – casting of slabs, beam sitting slabs and ribs; roofing of squash hall; construction of stair- cases in the sport hall and the swimming pool; crushing of test cubes for strength test etc.

At ALIF ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED MAIDUGURI, he supervised the Construction of the 14Km Earth Road to Masu with intermittent drainage; Construction of Drilling Location and Camp Site for NNPC (MASU Location 1); Damaturu Road Dualisation Project Design and Construction etc.

For Seven (7) years, he was with SAIPEN CONSRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED as Senior Civil Engineer on these projects:

1. Ebocha Oil Centre Revamping Project (Nigeria Agip Oil Company Project).
2. Obiafu / Obrikom Gas Plant Revamping Project (NOAS)

3. SPDC Crude Trunk Line Replacement.

4. Refurbishment & Replacement of Pipe Lines of the Turbo Pump at the Ebocha Oil Centre.

5. Obigbo North Scrapper Trap Station Construction
